Brian Hertig is the Director of Acquisitions and is responsible for all aspects of the acquisitions process from the first review to closing. Brian works directly with our Vice President of Acquisitions to identify potential acquisitions given the desired investment parameters of our Managing Directors. Since joining the firm in 2022, he has assisted in acquiring over $570 million worth of multifamily properties.

Brian graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Legal Studies. Brian is passionate about cars and golfing and enjoys going to the beach. He values honesty, positivity, and dependability.
