Keegan Vaughn is an Acquisitions Analyst at Eastham Capital, where he reviews and underwrites investment opportunities, fosters relationships with new JV partners, and researches target markets.

He holds bachelor’s degrees in economics and political science from the University of Vermont and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Miami. He is pursuing the CFA charter and gained financial expertise from an equities research internship with Hurricane Capital.

Keegan enjoys watching baseball, notably his hometown Atlanta Braves, fishing, and visiting history museums. He values ingenuity, versatility, and a sense of humor.
