Zach Dovner / VP of Acquisitions and General Counsel
Zach Dovner, Vice President of Acquisitions and Corporate Counsel, is responsible for finding and analyzing new acquisitions for Eastham Capital. He is a licensed attorney and has been working at Eastham Capital since 2012.
Proud of Eastham’s growth and future potential, Zach has underwritten and assisted in acquiring over $2 billion worth of multifamily properties. He is always looking for new partners to work with and is excited to discover new opportunities for Eastham to invest in. His motto is “Make It Happen,” and he highly values honesty, integrity, and enthusiasm.
He has a bachelor’s degree in political science and government from Arizona State University and a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School. His favorite activity is spending time with his wife and three children playing baseball in his backyard. Zach has also been a volunteer for the Big Brother program since 2010.
Brian Hertig / Senior Acquisitions Analyst
Brian Hertig is an Acquisitions Analyst at Eastham Capital, where he analyzes and underwrites potential acquisitions, creates investment reports, tracks various market analytics, and sources new JV partners.
He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Legal Studies. Brian is passionate about cars and golfing and enjoys going to the beach. He values honesty, positivity, and dependability.
Keegan Vaughn / Acquisitions Analyst
Bill Lowe / Director of Capital Formation
Bill Lowe, Director of Capital Formation, is responsible for managing capital raising activities and strategic planning related to Eastham Capital’s various investment funds.
Bill began his career as an investment banker focused on public and private M&A advisory, then transitioned to private equity where he has spent the last 15 years raising and deploying capital on behalf of various investment institutions including Perella Weinberg, Platinum Equity and Procaccianti Companies. While at Procaccianti, Bill completed over $750 million of real estate related transactions for the firm’s hospitality division; TPG Hotels & Resorts.
Bill is an outdoors enthusiast and rock climber who values integrity and authenticity. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
Ben Gilmore / Director of Asset Management
Ben Gilmore is the Director of Asset Management at Eastham Capital, responsible for analyzing and presenting potential investment opportunities, developing relationships with new joint venture partners, and conducting market research.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a minor in Mathematics from Bates College and gained hands-on experience through an internship at Northmarq Capital, where he underwrote substantial Debt & Equity Originations.
Beyond his financial expertise, Ben is an avid marathon runner, hockey and golf enthusiast, certified VEX Robotic Referee, and open-water scuba diver. His guiding principles are dedication, a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and loyalty.
Heather Hassinger / Director of Investor Relations
Heather Hassinger is the Director of Investor Relations and is responsible for all investor needs across each of Eastham Capital’s funds. She works directly with the firm's principals on operations and fundraising, in addition to bookkeeping and onboarding new investors.
Heather holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and a master's degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. She began her career as the Operations Manager at SKICKS Sneakers, a startup collegiate-licensed sneaker company.
Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with her family, including her husband and two daughters.
Stephanie Strohm / Assistant Director of Investor Relations
Stephanie Strohm is the Assistant Director of Investor Relations at Eastham Capital, where she is responsible for assisting with the firm's daily operations, investor inquiries, database management, and social media.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a certification in Public Administration from Florida State University. Stephanie is eager to continue building relationships with her colleagues and clients while upholding the values of honesty, accountability, and respect.
Stephanie enjoys spending her free time outdoor activities, travel, fitness, and experimenting with new recipes.
