Matthew Rosenthal, along with his partner,Β Eric Silverman, founded and launched their first multifamily real estate fund in 2007, dedicated to producing superior, risk-adjusted returns for their investors through investment in value-add or distressed multifamily real estate.

Matt began his career exceptionally early. At age 16, he was named Director of Operations for The Princeton Review in New York, where he managed course operations, franchise sales, and franchisee training. After relocating to Boston, he and his partner acquired multiple Princeton Review franchises, which they successfully operated until their sale in 2001. He is also a non-executive founder of Stratford Management, an organization that has acquired, rehabilitated, stabilized, and managed multifamily communities since 1994. Stratford today owns and manages more than 3,000 apartment units.

Matt currently serves as a Trustee of the Boca Raton Regional Hospital Foundation and previously served on several committees in the Boston area.
