Eastham Capital, a private equity real estate firm, and its partner Bender Companies have successfully sold the Fairmount Meadows Apartments in Milwaukee for $12.75 million. The property, located at 5010 N 91st Street, was acquired by Eastham Capital Fund V, LP and Bender Companies in early 2021.
At the time of sale, Fairmount Meadows had an occupancy rate of almost 97 percent.
